Q: How many computers or MP3 players can I place your music on?

A: Our license allows you to place the MP3 song files on five different devices within the same household. One device can be a computer, another an iPod, CD, etc. Note that this license does not include distribution (i.e. to relief society members). A new copy would need to be purchased for each and every device in such a situation.

Q: Do you offer LDS Sheet Music for download?

A: Yes, visit our sister site, LDSMusicNow, for LDS sheet music downloads.

Q: Where are you based?

A: Technically we're based in Eagle Mountain, Utah. We also have partners in both Sandy and Lehi, Utah.

Q: Do you plan to allow for those outside of the United States to make purchases?

A: Yes! Residents of Canada, Japan, the United Kingdom, Australia, and Europe are be able to purchase directly from our store and even see prices in their respective currency. PayPal accepts many types of currencies, so if PayPal can accept it then you can purchase from us.

Q: I don't have a PayPal account nor do I want to signup for one to make a purchase from you.

A: PayPal now allows for anyone to make a purchase using their credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover) or bank account without having a PayPal account. Simply follow the on-screen instructions for paying without a PayPal account.

While you can make a purchase without an account, we do suggest signing up for a PayPal account. Over 50 million users trust PayPal for their everyday transactions. Even larger e-retailers, such as Buy.com and Dell now accept payments via PayPal.

We do, however, now offer purchases directly with your credit card, or also through Google Checkout.

Q: I purchased a song, but didn't get an e-mail with download instructions.

A: After you have completed the purchase process, an e-mail with download instructions is sent to you. If you did not receive this e-mail, please verify that it did not arrive in your spam or junk mailbox. We also recommend adding our e-mail address to your address book to ensure delivery. Our e-mail address is: If you still can not find the e-mail please contact us, and we'll have it resent to you.

Q: I downloaded a song, but I can't find where the file was downloaded.

A: If you are using Firefox, Netscape, or Safari files are downloaded to your desktop by default. You should find the file there. Internet Explorer users are prompted to save the file initially, so the file can be found in the location you specified.

If you have iTunes or another similar program, you may also find that the MP3 was automatically opened and added to your music library.

Q: Do I need any special program to listen to the music I download?

A: While your computer may already have a program installed that allows you to listen to MP3's, it may not be the software you'd prefer to use. We recommend iTunes, mostly because of its ease of use and ability to sync easily with iPods.

Q: Are Mac users also able to download music from your store?

A: We're Mac users ourselves, so we work hard to make sure it works especially well for Mac users. Technically anyone with a computer and web browser can use our service. The website has been built with compliant XHTML code as well as PHP, so as long as you have a modern web browser you should not experience any problems. Should you find yourself running into problems, try using Firefox. It's a great, free browser that is usually faster than Internet Explorer.

Q: If I purchase a song, how long does it take before I'm able to download it?

A: Since we utilize PayPal's IPN, once you make a purchase you are able to instantly download the file(s). After your purchase, an e-mail will be sent with instructions for downloading the song(s). However, if you paid via eCheck, you will not receive the download e-mail until your eCheck has cleared. Please check your PayPal account for the expected clearing date.

Q: How much time do I have to download a song after I've purchased it?

A: The download e-mail you will receive will contain a link that will remain active for 120 hours or 5 downloads (whichever comes sooner). If for some reason your links have expired or you're unable to download the files within that timeframe, please contact us, and we'll be more than willing to assist you.

Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive in the mail?

A: Since we are a download-only provider, nothing is ever mailed to you. All songs and albums on our site are available for immediate download after your purchase, and can be burned to a CD using a program like iTunes. If we did ever decide to offer purchases of physical CD's, you'd be charged for shipping.

Q: iTunes is no longer able to locate my song. Where did it go?

A: This is typically because the file didn't get copied into the iTunes music library, and so iTunes is referencing the file that was originally downloaded. If that file is ever deleted, then iTunes is no longer able to locate it. To solve this problem, open your iTunes preferences. Under the advanced section, make sure the "Copy files to iTunes Music folder when adding to library" is checked. This will ensure all songs downloaded and added to iTunes remain in iTunes.
