Robinson |
Tammy Simister Robinson has been singing publicly since the age of two and a half years. A Music Education Graduate, Tammy's work has been heard worldwide. Her song May I Serve Thee was sung during the LDS General Women's Conference meeting in both 1998 and 2002 and was printed in the March 2004 Ensign magazine. Her album The Color of Hope earned the 2001 FCMA PEARL Award for Inspirational Album of the Year. In 2005, she was awarded three additional Pearl Awards: Female Vocalist of the Year, Songwriter of the Year, and Sacred Album of the Year for the album "In Thy Hands." Her voice has been heard on a variety of projects including solos, background vocals, and choral work for the Church Educational System, Janice Kapp Perry, Senator Orrin Hatch, Michael McLean, Greg Hansen, the Inspirational Music Showcase, Deseret Book/Shadow Mountain, and many others.
